Our mission is to empower underprivileged youth by providing access to the extracurricular activities that inspire their dreams, build their confidence, and help them reach their full potential.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to discover their passions and experience the joy, belonging, and personal growth that come from being part of something they love—whether that is sports, music, dance, art, academics, technology, or other enriching activities. A family’s financial circumstances should never determine whether a child gets the chance to participate, develop their talents, and dream big.
Through financial assistance, sponsorships, and community partnerships, we strive to remove financial barriers and create meaningful opportunities for children who might otherwise be left on the sidelines. Our goal is not simply to fund activities, but to invest in the confidence, character, talents, and futures of the young people we serve.

We believe that doing good should feel good. Our foundation hosts a variety of events throughout the year that pair local competition and social fun with a shared mission. Whether you’re swinging a club at our golf outing or cheering at our gala, every ticket purchased and every auction bid made directly funds scholarships and equipment for young athletes in need.
I would like to thank the Coach Minock Varsity Club Foundation. They generously donated to my son’s soccer program, helping pay for travel expenses! What a great foundation to help inspire and encourage kids of all ages to go for their dreams! I appreciate this foundation and what they stand for, what a class act!
The Coach Minock Varsity Club Foundation paid our daughter’s gymnastics team fee!! But even more than that they took a huge weight off our shoulders. When budget is tight we hate to have it affect our kids. What an incredible relief! We are so grateful to The Coach Minock Varsity Club Foundation! They really do make a huge difference in a child’s life!
The Varsity Club Foundation has made a huge impact on our Unified Sports program at Fowlerville High School. Their support creates meaningful opportunities for students of all abilities to come together, build friendships, and feel a true sense of belonging. The Varsity Club Foundation has supported Howell Area Jr. Football for the last 2 years giving athletes the chance to participate. This is support that is more than a paid registration fee. Coach Minock is personally vested in giving opportunities to athletes that otherwise could not participate because of hardship. They remove the boundaries and offer a hand to get kids on teams where they build friendships, skills, love of the game and most of all confidence. We are so thankful to have this partnership and look forward to many years helping athletes experience football!
